How it works

We do the planning. Your wrestler does the talking.

A good concierge doesn't hand you a map and wish you luck. They know the town, make the calls and have it ready when you walk up. That's the job here.

  1. 1

You tell us about your wrestler.

Weight, grades, grad year, and what they want in a school: the size, the setting, the major. About eight minutes.

  2. 2

    We do the research.

We sort every college program by fit and pick your 25. At each one we find the head coach and the assistant by name and write the first email.

  3. 3

    We hand you the plan.

Step by step, for your wrestler's grade, from the first email to signing day. Every step says how long it takes and why it matters, and the next one is always waiting.

And here's what's waiting when you log in.

01

We found every coach and wrote the first email.

The head coach and the assistant at all 25 schools, by name, with an email written for each one. Your wrestler makes it sound like them and hits send.

02

We mapped every way in.

Email is one way onto a coach's radar. There are five. Every school gets all five as a checklist, and we tell you which one is next.

03

We keep track, so you don't have to.

Every school moves along the same line: on your list, emailed, reply, visit, offer. Each school page counts the days since your email and tells you when it's time to follow up.

Who built it

I just went through this with my son.

Mike Malinconico talking with his son Jack matside at a tournament
Mike and Jack.

It's a strange seat to sit in.

I've been around wrestling for 30 years. I coached junior college wrestling in New Jersey for about eight of them. Every week on the Athletor Podcast, I ask college coaches how they build a roster.

And when my son Jack started looking at colleges, I still didn't know where to start.

Jack wanted to wrestle Division I. Going into his senior year he had offers, and it came down to Cal Poly and Navy. He committed to Navy that fall.

Here's what I learned. There's a place for almost every kid who wants to wrestle in college. Finding it is the hard part. Hundreds of programs, and nobody hands you the ones that fit your kid.

"We think that everyone else knows."

They don't. So we built what I wanted for Jack. We do the research: the 25 schools that fit your wrestler, the coaches to write and what to say. Then we hand you the plan, one step at a time.

For every school, there are five ways onto a coach's radar, and what to do when one goes quiet. You're never left wondering what comes next. And for families who want it handled, we do it for you.

Here's everything that comes with it.

Recruitable Concierge

We do the research. You get the plan.

Your 25 schools, picked for your wrestler. Five reach, ten match, ten safety. Every school has a profile: the coaches' emails, an email written for that school, and the roster where it's posted. No more guessing.

And the plan to work them. Step by step for your wrestler's grade, from the first email to signing day, so you always know what to do this week.

Updated all year

Recruiting changes every month. So does your list.

Coaches change jobs. Rosters change. The NCAA rewrites its rules every year. We track all of it and update Recruitable as it happens, so your wrestler never writes to a coach who's gone or follows a rule that changed.

Your list stays current all year, without you checking.

  1. Coaching changesEvery coaching move is in.When a coach changes schools, both schools' coach lists are updated.
  2. Rosters2026-27 rosters are in.See who's on each team at your wrestler's weight before they write.
  3. Rules updateThe 2026-27 NCAA rules are in.The dates for when coaches can contact your wrestler are updated in your playbook.
  • Coaches

Every year coaches get fired, move up or change schools. When one moves, your list shows it, so your wrestler writes to the person who's actually there.

  • Rosters

Injuries, transfers, NIL and new signings change what a team needs. We track them through the year, so your list reflects who's on the roster now.

  • Rules

The NCAA puts out new bylaws every year. When the rules for when and how coaches can contact your wrestler change, the playbook and the course change with them.

Re: Recruitable

I liked the course and found it very useful. I think it gives my son a good framework to follow as he starts reaching out to college coaches.

We do it for you.

Some families want it handled. Our team works your wrestler's list with your family: the emails, the follow-ups, the questionnaires, the calls with coaches. You see every step.

Relationships matter in this sport. Most dads can't pick up the phone and call a head coach. We can.

  • Our team works the list with youFrom the first email to signing day
  • Every step, where you can see itWhat we sent, who replied, what's next
  • A roster spot, guaranteed*At a school that fits your wrestler's tier, based on our evaluation

What parents ask me.

My kid's a senior. Is it too late?

No. Right now is when it counts.

My son was going into his senior year uncommitted. Behind isn't out. It just means this month matters more than next month. The safety schools on your list are often still filling next year's roster.

My wrestler is a freshman or sophomore. Is it too early?

No. The plan changes with their grade.

Before coaches are allowed to write back, your wrestler builds the list, researches the programs and gets ready, so they're first in line when the window opens. And the list stays current until then.

My wrestler isn't a state champ.

That's who we built this for.

Being a mid-major has its perks. It really does. Your list is built around where your wrestler fits, not around the top 20 programs on TV.

Does this work for women's wrestling?

Yes.

Women's programs are in the list and the coach contacts, same as the men's.

We already emailed coaches. Nobody answered.

You're not alone. One email isn't a plan.

Every school on your list gets five ways onto a coach's radar, not email alone. And when a coach goes quiet, you'll know what the silence usually means, what to send next, and when.

Isn't this just another recruiting service?

No. We don't build a profile page and blast it out.

We tell you which coaches to contact and what to say. Your wrestler reaches out in their own words, because coaches want to hear from the kid, not from mom, dad or a service.

Why is it monthly?

Because recruiting doesn't sit still.

Coaches change schools, rosters change with every signing and transfer, and the NCAA updates its rules every year. Each month you're with us, your list, your coaches and your playbook are current.

Can we cancel?

Yes, any time.

Cancel from your dashboard and you keep everything through the month you paid for. No contract, no fee.

Is this really one payment?

Yes. You pay once.

Recruitable is normally $99 a month, because it's updated all year. You're on our list, so you pay once and keep it for good, updates included. Nothing renews, and there's nothing to cancel.

What if it's not for us?

Then we give your money back.

Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No questions asked, no hard feelings. A refund ends your access, and if you're on the monthly plan it cancels it too.

Is it worth the money?

Put it next to a year of college.

The right fit at the right level can change what your family pays by tens of thousands of dollars.

Do you email the coaches for us?

We do everything up to the send.

We pick the schools, find the coaches and write the drafts. Coaches want to hear from your wrestler, so the emails go out in their name. With Agent, our team works it with your family from the start.

Let's get a coach writing back.
