These terms are an agreement between you and JShaw Creative Inc ("we," "us"), which operates Recruitable under the AthletorIQ brand. By using this site, joining Recruitable, or using our free tools, you agree to these terms. We have written them in plain language, in good faith. They are not legal advice.
Recruitable Concierge is our one plan: your wrestler's school list, the playbook for each school, the Recruitable course and tools, and updates through the year as coaches, rosters, and rules change. After you join, you get access through a personal link sent to your email and through your dashboard. There are no passwords; your personal link is how you sign in.
You can join two ways: $99 a month, or the founding price of $99 one time, which is only open to our email list until a deadline we announce. The sections below cover each.
When you join, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Recruitable for your own family. Please do not share, resell, copy, or republish the content, and do not share your personal access link with others.
The monthly plan is a subscription. You pay $99 when you join, and then $99 on the same day each month until you cancel. Payments are charged through Stripe, our payment processor, to the card you give us. Your access continues for as long as your subscription is active.
You can cancel any time. The easiest way is the Account page in your dashboard. You can also email us at Athletorlive@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your access ends. You are welcome to rejoin any time. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current month; for that, see the money-back guarantee below.
If you join at the founding price, you pay $99 once and nothing renews. You get lifetime access, which means access for as long as we offer Recruitable, updates included. If we ever stop offering Recruitable, we will tell you ahead of time. There is nothing to cancel. The founding price is available only until the deadline we announce to our email list, and the standard price is $99 a month.
Cards expire and banks decline things. If a monthly payment does not go through, Stripe emails you and retries the payment over about two weeks. Your access continues while it retries. If every retry fails, your subscription is cancelled and your access ends. You can rejoin any time.
We may change the price of the monthly plan. If we do, we will email current subscribers before it applies to them, so you can cancel first if you like. A price change never affects a payment you have already made, and it never changes the founding price you paid.
If Recruitable is not right for your family, ask us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. On the monthly plan, that means your first month's payment. At the founding price, that means the $99. Email us at Athletorlive@gmail.com.
A refund ends your access. If you are on the monthly plan, it also cancels your subscription, so you will not be charged again. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
If you bought the earlier one-time $99 Recruitable course, nothing changes for you. You keep your access, and you will not be billed monthly.
Recruitable, the free tools, the writing, and the designs on this site are owned by JShaw Creative Inc and are provided for your personal use. Please do not copy or distribute them.
Our quizzes, calculators, and guides are provided for information only, on an "as-is" basis. They are meant to help you think through the recruiting process. They are estimates and starting points, not guarantees.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, JShaw Creative Inc is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or the course. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us.
Please use the site normally and lawfully. Do not try to break, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
